Director

Kurt has been involved in residential property development for 41 years and since 1998 and has acquired, built and completed numerous small and mid size up market new build sites under the brand of Capital Homes and in partnership with Hartly Ltd.

David Newell

Managing Director

Dave has over 40 years experience having worked in Senior Land and Technical Management roles for national PLC house builders and the last 20 years running his own Consultancy business specialising in Land Acquisition, Planning and  Architectural Design.

Ella Newell

Part 1 Architect & Planner

Ella is our Part 1 Architect & Planner, having recently graduated from Central Saint Martins University in London and completed her RIBA Part 1 Bachelor of the Arts Degree in Architecture.

Sally Bowles

PA and Co-ordinator

Sally is a tenacious and dedicated PA and Co-Ordinator working alongside the whole team to ensure optimum communication and organisation across all projects.

Cath Ellis

Finance Manager

Cath is qualified to AAT Level 3 and she has overall responsibility for all financial and commercial matters and liaising with Company Accountants.

Lauren Brown

Accounts Manager

Lauren has worked for the Company for 7 years as Accounts Assistant/Manager and in this time has overseen it's expansion and realisation.
